Becoming A Patient

Pain can be a very complex problem.

Before our pain specialist sees you, we will need:

• A physician referral
• Your medical records
• The name of your primary care physician

Most major insurances are accepted. Like many specialists, our physician will be coordinating your care with your primary care doctor.

Once we receive your referral information and medical records, the wait time for an initial appointment is typically two to five days for injection therapies. More urgent appointments are scheduled as needed.
